In your role of Methodology & Training Manager FAST Program :
As part of this job creation, you are responsible for the Agile transformation methodology proposed by the DTO (FAST 4 All, FAST for projects, FAST Accelerators, ...) and its implementation in the transformed trades. by FAST: This methodology consists in sharing the best practices and training methods that you will co-develop with the DTO partners to support the transformation of the Renault Group.
The implementation is based on the creation of the content, the definition of the best deployment method and its execution, for all the teams of the DTO and trades transformed by FAST.
In addition, you will put in place indicators for monitoring results. You will develop training budgets in connection with DTO management and you guarantee their respect. You will eventually build and manage a team of 3 to 5 people. The deployment scope is several thousand people per year. Your main contacts are the DTO managers, the transformation managers, the Training Schools and the Group's Learning & Development teams and external service providers
Successful Agile @ Scale Managers have :
- You have a bachelor’s degree + 5, and have at least 10 years of professional experience.
- You have significant experience in building a large-scale training plan and its execution.
- You have a successful management and team development experience in a large company or public service.
- Fluent English is essential for working in an international and multicultural context.
